Meet the Celtic Elevator Team

Erin, along with her husband Shaun, founded Celtic Elevator in 2010 with a vision to bring reliable, high-quality elevator solutions to the residential market.

As our CEO and Owner, she leads the team with passion and purpose, ensuring the company continues to grow while remaining true to its mission of putting clients first.

Erin’s favorite part of her role is working alongside an amazing team and building lasting relationships with customers.

Outside of work, she stays active with Pilates every day and enjoys watching Formula One racing, shopping and spending time with her kids and grandbaby on the weekends.

Shaun has been immersed in the home elevator industry since the age of 12, having grown up in upstate New York and worked in his family’s accessibility business.

As our Founder and Visionary for the past 15 years, he continues to shape the company’s direction, uphold its high standards, and pioneer innovative product designs and partnerships.

When he’s not elevating homes, Shaun enjoys fishing, golfing, embarking on new travel adventures and spending quality time with family.

Shaun always finds new ways to build community and ensure every client’s experience is second to none.

Ryan joined Celtic Elevator at the start of 2025, drawn by our stellar reputation within the residential elevator industry.

As Director of Sales and Marketing, he is responsible for sharing the Celtic brand and mission across all sales and marketing channels.

Ryan’s passion for business began at Illinois Wesleyan University, where he earned both Athletic (Golf) and Academic All-American honors.

Before joining Celtic, he led large teams and developed sales structures across the telecom, home security, solar and marketing agency industries. His approach to sales is built around one goal – exceeding client expectations.

Outside of work, Ryan enjoys lifting weights, running, hiking and practicing yoga.

Braden brings energy, focus, and precision to Celtic Elevator’s operations as Parts and Warehouse Director.

At just 18 years of age, he oversees inventory management and logistics with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to keeping operations running smoothly.

Outside of work, Braden enjoys golfing, gaming with friends and staying active at the gym.

Originally from Metro Detroit, Matthew began his entrepreneurial journey at 21, successfully running his own service business for over a decade.

In 2024, Matthew joined Celtic Elevator, where he collaborates closely with clients to deliver exceptional experiences and bring their dream luxury home elevators to life.

By prioritizing communication and long-term relationships, Matthew strives to create lasting partnerships that benefit clients and the Celtic team alike.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his dogs and attending local car shows.

Joe began his career in welding, a field in which he worked for 24 years before seeking a new adventure. In 2020, he joined Celtic Elevator as an apprentice, a bold career change that has since become one of the best decisions of his life.

Through dedication and continuous learning, Joe advanced to his current role as Training Manager, where he mentors new team members and ensures quality and consistency across all home elevator installations.

Outside of work, Joe stays active at the gym and enjoys playing competitive adult slow-pitch softball with his wife.

Joe values the balance Celtic Elevator provides between a rewarding career and a fulfilling home life, and he takes pride in facing new challenges every day.
