Position Overview
Celtic Elevators is seeking a skilled Lead Elevator Installer to spearhead high-end residential installations in the Las Vegas, NV market.
This role is ideal for an experienced installer currently working with Residential Elevators Inc. (REI) — or someone highly familiar with REI systems — who is ready to step into a leadership position and help build and train a growing team in the region.
We specialize exclusively in luxury residential homes and custom builds. This is an opportunity to work on premium projects while helping establish and grow Celtic Elevators’ presence in Las Vegas.

What You’ll Do
Installation Leadership
- Lead the installation of residential elevator systems, primarily REI products.
- Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
- Maintain high craftsmanship standards appropriate for luxury homes.
Training & Team Development
- Help recruit, mentor, and train new installers in the Las Vegas market.
- Establish installation best practices and quality control processes.
- Serve as the technical leader for the region.
Project Execution
- Work closely with builders and homeowners to ensure smooth installations.
- Coordinate with job site teams and subcontractors.
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges efficiently.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and to high-end client expectations.
Safety & Compliance
- Follow all OSHA and job site safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with local codes and inspection requirements.
- Maintain a clean, professional job site.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience installing residential elevators (REI experience strongly preferred).
- Ability to read blueprints and installation schematics.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership experience or desire to step into a lead role.
- Professional demeanor when working in luxury residential environments.
- Willingness to relocate to Las Vegas (if not currently local).
