Job Title: FieldPulse Implementation Specialist
Starting Pay: $70,000 – $85,000/year DOE

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the implementation and setup of FieldPulse, aligning the platform with Celtic Elevator’s workflows and needs.
  • Configure dashboards, job scheduling, invoicing, and reporting systems.
  • Work closely with leadership and department managers to ensure the system matches company processes.
  • Train staff on best practices and create SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
  • Troubleshoot issues, optimize system performance, and support rollout.
  • Assess and recommend integrations with other tools (QuickBooks, CRM, etc.).
  • Provide documentation and a roadmap for ongoing use and maintenance.
  • Opportunity for long-term role in IT if broader skillset matches company needs.
