Job Title: FieldPulse Implementation Specialist
Starting Pay: $70,000 – $85,000/year DOE

What You’ll Do
- Lead the implementation and setup of FieldPulse, aligning the platform with Celtic Elevator’s workflows and needs.
- Configure dashboards, job scheduling, invoicing, and reporting systems.
- Work closely with leadership and department managers to ensure the system matches company processes.
- Train staff on best practices and create SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Troubleshoot issues, optimize system performance, and support rollout.
- Assess and recommend integrations with other tools (QuickBooks, CRM, etc.).
- Provide documentation and a roadmap for ongoing use and maintenance.
- Opportunity for long-term role in IT if broader skillset matches company needs.
