Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working directly with clients. This role is essential in driving sales, enhancing customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of our new business team. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions that meet those needs.
What You’ll Do
- Reach out to potential clients via phone call, emails, and social media platforms.
- Sales Professional will be provided inbound leads and will be responsible for creating outbound leads.
- Utilize effective communication skills to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Manage daily activities in company’s CRM.
- Stay informed about product features, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in-home service sales, construction sales, or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Experience with CRM systems is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking and maintaining merchandise displays.
